Ethnical Edification

  1. Red Period (1980–2003)

    The Last Daughter of Communism.

The artist unveils her raw experience of life in the USSR, Perestroika, the rise of the Russian mafia, and the chaotic leap into capitalism—where shifting regimes felt like placing bets in a ruthless casino. She is calling herself: The Last Daughter of Communism.

  2. Blue Period ( 2013)

    Rewriting Womanhood
Through exploring women's roles across cultures, Icon Zar exposes how society programs women to endure pain and play the victim. Frida Kahlo is the ultimate symbol of this narrative. But the real question is—can we rewrite it? Can we transform pain into pleasure?

  3. White Period (2013)

    Pleasure to be a Woman
Icon Zar turns life into an experiment—reprogramming her mind through the lens of pleasure. Her mantra: Enjoy the moment. Enjoy your body. Enjoy being a woman. Be proud.

  4. Black Period (2014-2015)

    Crisis Addictions
Economic collapse sparks waves of fear, birthing addictions and mental disorders across all social layers—from survival instincts to luxury cravings. Addictions become a mirror, exposing how each generation medicates its anxiety.

  5. Grey Period 2015

    Gastro Paradise
Global tourism evolved—now driven by taste. Gastronomy became the new luxury, revealing society’s wealth and desires. Spain rose as a paradise for haute cuisine and superstar chefs.

  6. Pink Period

    Digital Desire
In the digital age, sexuality is being redefined—raising new questions and triggering fresh control from those in power. Once again, women are forced to fight for the right to simply be women.

  7. Green Period

    Global Wake-Up
Easy globalization brings hard truths—ecological collapse, overpopulation, and the urgent question: how do we feed billions and reinvent recycling? Plastic chokes the sea. The ocean is everything.

  8. Violet Period.
    Unplanned Reality
We make plans—life disrupts. The COVID era forced us to rethink everything, exposing how different minds react under extreme stress and uncertainty. A new kind of war emerged—fought with fear, silence, and invisible threats.

  9. Gold Period

    Smart Wars
Time changes, but wars endure, evolving through smarter inventions. Political voice in art is crucial—it awakens society, forcing us to confront hard truths and think critically.
